liner is a must for me I don't feel a look is complete without my eyeliner especially liquid liner , now let's travel to the past wooooo !!! Ahhhhh ( just imagine it yeah ) back two weeks ago I was in desperate need of a new liquid liner and I saw the rimmel scandals eyes waterproof thick or thin liner. So of course I bought it .
Now waterproofness ( is that even a word idk ) no no defiantly not ( any one get the reference no okay then.......) this liner is the most un waterproof I have ever used and it just transfers all over my lid and smudges all over the place and come on we all know that's never a good look , it even manages to transfer onto my bottom lash line .
Overall I was really disappointed with this eyeliner as I have read good things about it , and whilst wearing this liner I found my self , self consciously wiping above and below my eye to try and clear any smudged liner all the time ,which is really annoying .
